American Studies Club: Kansas City History in Today's Attractions

Much of Middle America is referred to as ‘fly over country’, but for many Midwesterners, it is the ‘Heartland of America’. Kansas City was one of the first towns in what was known as the ‘Wild West’ and much of that history can be found in it’s attractions. During this session we will discuss Kansas City history and how that history can be seen in different attractions and neighborhoods.
