“Rushmore” – American Film Nights at AHK

Join us for a feature film screening taking place at America House Kyiv and participate in a discussion about adolescence, social status, love, resilience, and the outsider perspective through the story of a determined teenager navigating his identity and relationships with the film “Rushmore” (1998) from director Wes Anderson.

A teenager at Rushmore Academy falls for a much older teacher and befriends a middle-aged industrialist. Later, he finds out that his love interest and his friend are having an affair, which prompts him to begin a vendetta.
