Yan Earl-Ruzhytskyi, CEO of the Youth Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Zlata Tabachna, Project Manager of the NGO "Public Diplomacy Platform," will share their experiences as Global UGRAD alumni and discuss the crucial role of youth diplomacy during these challenging times.

About the speakers:   

  • Yan Earl-Ruzhytskyi, CEO of the Youth Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and a student at the School of International Service at American University through the Global UGRAD program. 

  • Zlata Tabachna, Project Manager at the NGO “Public Diplomacy Platform,” designer, and student at The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, through the Global UGRAD program. 


Attendance and participation are free because all opportunities from America House Kyiv are free. You just need to let us know if you’re coming by registering for the event in advance. We’ll save you a spot and keep you posted about any changes.
