It’s a new season and a new English Language Resident at America House! Join our virtual event to give a warm welcome to newcomer Meagan Abrahamsson and to say “Good luck and see you soon!” to former Resident Claire Manning.
Immersive practice with a native speaker is one of the best ways to enrich your foreign language learning. During the event you’ll learn about the many helpful (and free!) language learning opportunities available at America House for whatever needs you might have. Polish your conversational skills in our speaking clubs and make friends wherever you go, or improve your writing and professional skills during our workshops to land your dream job!
Throughout the evening we’ll be revisiting Claire’s experience in Ukraine and prepping Meagan for her upcoming adventures, talking about English language learning, and what it's like living and teaching as a foreigner in Ukraine. You’ll get to know our ELR and her upcoming programs at America House Kyiv, Odesa & Lviv in a discussion about new beginnings and open roads. Here’s to hoping you choose to travel them together with us!
We’ll be streaming this event to the Facebook and Youtube pages of America House Kyiv, and on the Facebook pages of America House Odesa & America House Lviv on February 16th at 7 PM.
