More about the speakers:
Tyler Green was born and raised in Saginaw, Michigan, and currently works at USAID Georgia in the Democracy, Rights, and Governance office. Tyler has worked in international development in Georgia for over seven years, where he implemented projects for the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and USAID, that ranged from designing and implementing agriculture finance, to mapping banking environments and performance, to setting up centers to provide service to persons with disabilities. Prior to moving to Georgia, Tyler lived in Washington D.C., Moldova, and Romania, where he worked for the International Monetary Fund, Habitat for Humanity, and also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer for two years in Transylvania.
Edgar Brutyan works as an analyst at the Institute for Development of Freedom of Information (IDFI) and contributes to the cyber security project of the EU Institute for Security Studies (EUISS). He is an alumnus of the U.S. Government sponsored Study of the U.S. Institutes (SUSI) on Civic Engagement program hosted by Bard College. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Free University of Tbilisi. Edgar speaks Armenian, Georgian, English, Russian, and Chinese languages.
