Have you ever found yourself with no words when wanting to support another person? How can we help ourselves and others to get through difficult times, while recognizing all the feelings and emotions that they may bring? Together with Dr. Thomas Cardwell, America House Kyiv will hold a virtual session dedicated to mental health and the importance of support systems. During the event, you will learn effective strategies for maintaining healthy mental practices and building your inner resilience while cherishing and learning from your past experiences. Dr. Cardwell will share his expertise on navigating our physical and emotional states and will provide practical tips on how to find opportunities for change and connection even in the darkest of times. Hope to see you there!
