Short Story Club will feature a variety of short stories by American writers, coupled with a discussion about the meaning and language used in the text.
For this session we will discuss "The Leap" by Louise Erdrich.
Louise Erdrich is an American author who writes novels, poetry, and stories often featuring Native American characters. In this short story, a narrator describes their mother, a retired trapeze performer who has gone blind.
