About the speaker:
Kemlin Furley has worked with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for nearly 30 years in various functions including programme, policy, communications, emergency response, global partnerships and humanitarian inter-agency coordination.
Prior to her current posting as Representative in Georgia, she spent several years supporting operations in Eastern Europe and worked for UNICEF.
Kemlin has also served as Deputy Representative in Uganda.
