Yuriy Kryvosheya
Yuriy Kryvosheya, co-founded Yakaboo Books, Ukraine's leading online bookstore, and launched the “Books to the Front” charity initiative. As an advocate for Ukraine’s reconstruction, he regularly speaks on topics like economic resilience, green urban design, and sustainable business. Yuriy serves on the board of Soborna Ukraine, supporting orphans of fallen defenders and veterans, and chairs Promprylad, an innovation hub, with support from Teple Misto, Beetroot Academy, and PACT.
Audrey MacAlpine
Audrey MacAlpine arrived in Ukraine in 2022 to coordinate foreign volunteers and now works as a United24 journalist, covering innovation, business, politics, and frontline stories. With a background in charity and a dedication to humanitarian work, Audrey’s reporting highlights Ukraine’s challenges and resilience.
Julian Hayda
Julian Hayda, Director of Community Engagement at Razom, leads advocacy efforts for Ukraine in the U.S. Recently, he helped secure a $60 billion U.S. aid package for Ukraine. A Ukrainian American with deep cultural ties, he works closely with grassroots groups and political leaders, placing stories, organizing events, and advocating for Ukraine across the U.S.
Rachel McVey
Rachel McVey is the editor of “Innovation in Isolation: The Story of Ukrainian IT, 1950s-Present Day”, an upcoming book with IST Publishing and MacPaw. An award-winning voiceover artist, Rachel amplifies Ukrainian stories globally through projects with United24, DIIA, Trade Ukraine, Ukrainer, and more. Her narration for the Azovstal fundraising video reached 1.9 billion views, drawing international attention and support. Rachel launched her career in Ukraine as a news editor at UATV, the nation’s first public broadcaster aimed at countering Russian misinformation.
