Glen Davis is the Cultural Affairs Officer in the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, where he leads the mission's educational and cultural outreach. He just completed a one-year Master's Degree in Strategic Security Studies at National Defense University. He has extensive interagency experience in Washington, where he served as the Director of Policy in R/PPR and led the Afghanistan desk's policy unit from 2013-15. Overseas he has served as the PAO in Nicosia, Cyprus; Deputy PAO in Colombo, Sri Lanka; and vice consul in London. Before joining the Foreign Service, Mr. Davis was an English professor and a telecommunications consultant.
Erin Cozens is a Foreign Service Officer currently working as the Assistant Cultural Affairs Officer at Embassy Kyiv. She recently completed an assignment as Senior Special Assistant supporting the Assistant Secretary of Global Public Affairs. Her prior assignments include Suva, Fiji; Islamabad, Pakistan; and Sao Paulo, Brazil. Before joining the Foreign Service, Erin was a civil servant in the Office of the Historian at the Department of State, where she covered the Southeast Asia and Pacific portfolios. Erin received her doctorate in Pacific Island History from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa; as part of her research, she did a residency at the Stout Research Centre for New Zealand Studies at Victoria University.
