Boost your public speaking skills and enhance your career and personal development with a new series of virtual workshops from America House Kyiv.
This four-session program will explore how to become an effective public speaker through theory and practice. We will study three types of speeches: informative, persuasive, and ceremonial. The program will consist of weekly lectures and watching and critiquing videos of American speeches. Students will also have the ability to deliver their own speeches via video and receive peer and instructor feedback.
The first session on June 26 at 7 PM Kyiv time will introduce you to public speaking, giving you the opportunity to:
⭐ Learn how to deliver your first speech.
⭐ Explore the factors that influence your speech, including writing and organization, eye contact, gesturing, body language, and voice projection.
⭐ Disover what the informative speech style is.
⭐ Analyze famous American speeches.
