Olga Mineva holds degrees in organizational psychology from Heidelberg and London and has over 12 years of experience as a corporate consultant in leadership consulting, people development, and change management. Olga is the Founder of Emprove and is passionately dedicated to women's empowerment and the fight against domestic violence.
