During the session, Alison Sierra, who has lived and worked as an actress with a theatre company near Philly, will share the historical and cultural backgrounds of some of the area’s greatest museums, attractions, and mural arts, which amaze not only tourists but locals as well!
We will also have a discussion with Robert Welch - the Artistic Director and Founder of the musical ensemble Broadway Bound.

About the speakers:
"Ally” Sierra is the Office Management Specialist in the Political Office at the United States Embassy in Kyiv. She arrived in Kyiv in August 2020. Ally grew up traveling and living in various countries as the daughter of a Foreign Service Officer. She joined the Foreign Service in 2011 and served in Nigeria, Singapore, and China. Prior to joining the Foreign Service, Ally worked as an Actress, Spokesmodel, Flight Attendant and Events Coordinator. Ally graduated from Virginia Tech and has a bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts. She speaks Mandarin and Ukrainian.
Robert Welch has appeared in over 125 musicals and plays in the Philadelphia area since 1986. His favorite roles include “Atticus Finch” in To Kill A Mockingbird, “John Adams” in 1776, “Archibald” in The Secret Garden, “Captain Von Trapp” in The Sound of Music, “Beast” in Beauty and the Beast, and “Judas” in Jesus Christ Superstar. He is the Artistic Director and Founder of the musical ensemble Broadway Bound, and has been a guest performer at the United States’ national Jefferson Awards for Humanitarian Service in Washington DC.
