About Amanda:
Amanda Sue is a first generation Chinese-American born in Atlanta, GA, USA. Being raised in a household that practiced both Chinese and American cultures, she has a unique perspective on Asian American culture in the US. Her favorite holidays are the New Year celebrations since this is traditionally the time spent with family and close friends and preparing food for everyone. In her spare time, she enjoys playing video and board games, going out on nature hikes, and exploring new foods. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctors in Public Health at SUNY Albany in New York.
