TED English

TED English is online dialogues around TED talks! Each 45-minute session will feature a cool and informative TED Talk, coupled with Q & A and discussion about the meaning and language used in the talk. By joining this program you’ll get the opportunity to talk about vocabulary and grammar from the TED talk, react to the topic discussed in the talk, and interact with a huge community of people online through a discussion facilitated by America House’s very own English language Resident!

During this session we will discuss TED Talk "What I've learned from my autistic brothers" by Faith Jegede Cole: https://bit.ly/32AA3it

Faith Jegede tells the moving and funny story of growing up with her two brothers, both autistic, and both extraordinary. In this talk from the TED Talent Search, she reminds us to pursue a life beyond what is normal.

This TED English session will be on Monday July 27th at 5:00 PM.

The deadline to register is July 27th by 12:00 PM. Before the session you'll receive an email with the link to the online meeting.
