Quarantine is not easy or fun, but even as restrictions start to slowly relax, let’s remember the many ways that we can stay healthy at home. We invite you for a challenging yoga session that’s perfect for more experienced yogis, while it is still accessible for first timers. We will have music for the session and you will get (a little) of a push with some balancing, backbends, and pilates.
Matt Kriteman is helping America House Kyiv continue our virtual yoga sessions with a refreshing yoga practice this Friday night that comes with an extra bonus, it will be held in English!
