Natalya is an IKYTA certified yoga teacher. She has taken specialty courses in treating cold depression; teaching children with special needs; conscious communication; authentic relationships; mind and meditation; lifecycles and lifestyles; vitality and stress and her journey continues. Natalya has a law degree from the Kyiv National University of Economics and the University of Texas at Austin. She has practiced law in several international law firms. Now she enjoys combining both the world of energy and the world of business with impact as she develops her consulting business in New York City.
To join us, please wear comfortable clothes, try not to eat an hour before the class, have some room temperature water for your practice, and register for free.
