Do you have a list of videos in your bookmarks that you’ve just been MEANING TO WATCH, but just can’t get around to? Do you watch these videos, but you don’t get everything out of them that you think you should? If you answered were yes to any of these, then we can understand!
One of our new offerings for our #AHVirtualprogram initiative is called TED English, online dialogues around TED talks! Each 45-minute session will feature a cool and informative TED Talk, coupled with Q & A and discussion about the meaning and language used in the talk. By joining this program you’ll get the opportunity to talk about vocabulary and grammar from the TED talk, react to the topic discussed in the talk, and interact with a huge community of people online through a discussion facilitated by America House’s very own English language Resident!
Our first TED English online session will be on Monday, March 23rd at 6:00 PM. Pre-registration is required. The deadline to register is March 23rd by 12:00 PM. Before the session you'll receive an email with the link to the online meeting.
