Are you an aspiring musician or songwriter looking to strengthen your writing and performing and learn the skills you need to make it in the creative industry?
If so, America House Kyiv invites you to apply for a four-day incubator session with the extraordinarily talented American pop/folk sibling trio Derik Nelson & Family. Derik, Riana, and Dalten will lead you through sessions on songwriting, creative idea development, and individual expression through creative entrepreneurship. They will also offer a separate public presentation entitled “7 Steps to a Fulfilling Independent Music Career,” followed by a question-and-answer session.
The trio has garnered over 3.6 million views on YouTube, performed in 100+ U.S. cities, and reached nearly 100,000 students of all ages through their workshops. Moreover, individually or as a group, the siblings have performed live at U.S. National Football League events, recorded songs for hit television programs like “Glee” and “How I Met Your Mother,” and served as a casting associate for the series “Empire.”
Derik, Riana, and Dalten are excited to share their experience and help you advance in your creative careers!
Participation is free, but you must commit to the full four days of training and working on your music.
We are looking to recruit a group of only 20 people, so act fast. Participants from outside of Kyiv are welcome but must find accommodation in Kyiv at their own expense. Candidates representing minority or disadvantaged groups, including persons with disabilities, veterans, internally displaced people, LGBTI+, etc., are encouraged to apply.
The deadline for applications is 5 pm on January 8, Kyiv time.
We will notify applicants if they are accepted by 5 pm on January 9.

Участь в інкубаторі безкоштовна, але участь в усіх сесіях протягом чотирьох днів обов’язкова.
