What is the cost of freedom? Discover with us, as we commemorate African American History Month with real stories of courage and sacrifice from the Underground Railroad.
The Underground Railroad was a network of secret routes and safe houses established in the United States during the early to mid-19th century, and used by African-American slaves to escape into free states and Canada. You will follow the route and learn stories of those who dedicated their lives to the cause of freedom and human rights.
Doors open at 6:30. The event will be in English. Register to secure your place to be part of this unique opportunity at America House.
