Sandeep Paul is the Advisor for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs in the Secretary’s Office of the Coordinator for Cyber Issues. He is a Public Diplomacy coned officer who served in Islamabad as Deputy Spokesperson prior to his current assignment in Washington, DC. Sandeep’s previous tours include Monterrey, Washington DC, New Delhi, Baghdad, and Vienna. Prior to joining the State Department, Sandeep headed language centers in Mexico City and the education and workforce development divisions of several NGOs in the Greater Boston Metropolitan Area. Sandeep grew up in Prague, Madrid, Kampala, Mexico City, Bangkok, Washington DC, Miami and Boston. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government from Harvard University and a dual Master’s degree in International Relations and Environmental Policy from Boston University. He speaks fluent Spanish, Urdu and Hindi.
