English writing for academic purposes has distinct structure and principles which it strictly adheres to. Yet, for a variety of reasons, including cultural and historical differences, these conventions often elude students attempting to master this important skill. In this session, we will explore some key points of academic writing in English and discuss how these may differ from the Ukrainian style.
