The Institute of Leadership and Management UCU invites you to join us for a discussion - Listening Tour: Is there a Youth Movement in Ukraine?
We would be extremely glad to hear from you:
- Do you think youth are on the move in Ukraine?
- How do you assess the situation three years after Maidan? Is there activity and hope?
- Are you involved in change in your community, change in Ukraine?
- Are you feeling connected or disconnected?
Irene Danysh, Institute of Leadership and Management UCU representative, is closing a 6-week tour around the country with coordinators from Rukh “Chesno” and “Silni Hromada,” hearing from around 2,000 active youth at 60 meetings in 20 cities from Lviv to Mariupol to Odessa and now Kyiv about what their successes and frustrations have been – are students apathetic or engaged? Are youth organizing themselves? To achieve what? Is anyone still interested in the values of Maidan, or is that behind us now and youth have a different plan? Are their new dreams and new strategies today? Are youth going to face the national challenges of corruption, economic crisis and war, or not?
Dr. Danysh will present her results from the Listening Tour as well as gather your views in this final tour meeting. Join us!
