Tymofiy Mylovanov received his Master degree in Economics with KSE in 1999 and earned his PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Madison in 2004. He has taught at the University of Bonn, Pennsylvania State University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Pittsburgh. Tymofiy’s research on game theory, contract theory, and institutional design has been published in major international academic journals, such as the Review of Economic Studies and the Journal of Economic Theory. Tymofiy Mylovanov is a co-founder of VoxUkraine, a group of global economists working on policy problems in Ukraine and has been a member of the academic advisory board of the Kyiv School of Economics for several years. On 7 July 2016, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine elected Tymofiy Mylovanov to the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU).
