Ingredients
5 c. freshly squeezed orange or satsuma juice (from 7 oranges), plus orange slices for serving
3 c. pineapple juice, chilled

Directions

Whole cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, nutmeg
Orange
Filtered water
Maple syrup
Directions
Slice and seed pears, and cut an orange into pieces.
Place pears, orange pieces, whole spices, and filtered water into the Instant Pot.
Seal Instant Pot, cook on high pressure, and allow natural release.
Open Instant Pot, strain the liquid using cheesecloth or a strainer. Repeat straining for clearer cider if desired.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.

1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. rosemary springs, loosely packed
1 (7½-oz.) can nonalcoholic ginger beer
1 tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
