Ingredients

  • 6 oz. ginger beer

  • 1 tbsp pomegranate juice

  • Pomegranate arils

  • Lime

  • Cinnamon sticks

  • Nutmeg

Directions

  1. Fill your copper cups with large pieces of ice.

  2. Pour 1 tbsp pomegranate juice and 6 oz. ginger beer.

  3. Squeeze each cup with half lime and stir gently to combine.

Ingredients

  • Pears

  • Whole cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, nutmeg

  • Orange

  • Filtered water

  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Slice and seed pears, and cut an orange into pieces.

  2. Place pears, orange pieces, whole spices, and filtered water into the Instant Pot.

  3. Seal Instant Pot, cook on high pressure, and allow natural release.

  4. Open Instant Pot, strain the liquid using cheesecloth or a strainer. Repeat straining for clearer cider if desired.

  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge before serving.

Rosemary-and-Ginger Mule

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water

  • 1 c. granulated sugar

  • 1 c. rosemary springs, loosely packed

  • 1 (7½-oz.) can nonalcoholic ginger beer  

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)

  • Ice

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, mix water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs.

  2. Boil and stir for about 1 minute until sugar dissolves.

  3. Remove from heat, cover, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

  4. Strain the syrup into a jar, discarding rosemary.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.

  6. In a glass with ice, combine ginger beer, 2 Tbsp. rosemary syrup, and lime juice.

  7. Stir for 30 seconds until frosty.

  8. Smack a rosemary sprig, add it, and garnish with a lime wheel.
